Top 100 Pop Songs In Chart History — not including number ones!

Number one songs receive so much attention. The mere fact that a song hit number one makes it a classic song or a trivia favorite. Most of the time, number one songs are the biggest songs…

But what about those huge hits that, for some reason, missed number one?

These songs deserve a moment in the sun. Here is my tribute to the top non-number one songs of all time, from 1960 to present.

I Like It by Enrique Iglesias Featuring Pitbull is the top non-number one song of all time. It would have been number one but Love The Way You Lie by Eminem Featuring Rihanna would not give up the spot. To put it in perspective, there have been 1427 number one songs since Why by Frankie Avalon took the top spot in late 1959. On the all-time list of most popular songs, I Like It is #226 — bigger than most number ones. Like it?

Blue numbers take you to the weekly chart where the song hit its non-number one peak.
